Lisa Bondy, E-RYT500, INHC,

A yogi and mediator for over 30 years, with over 15,000 hours of teaching experience, Lisa is a master yoga teacher who inspired many over the last 17 years of teaching on Long Island to become devoted practitioners and to train with her to become yoga teachers. Lisa co-founded two major Yoga/Wellness centers in Nassau County, first 2003 Om Sweet Om Yoga in Port Washington, and more recently, 2012 PRACTICE/Northwell in Roslyn, New York, where she currently is the director of yoga and teacher trainings.
Lisa’s teaching style is masterful and empowering. She challenges all of her students to move beyond the bounds of the mind and expand into an experience of authenticity and self-realization.
